HIST101 - Antedeluvian History & Peopling of the Earth
(HIST101)

3 credit hours

Of God it is written, "Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure." Isaiah 46:9-10. We are admonished to "remember the former things of old", i.e., history; and we are admonished so for the reason that God hath declared "the end from the beginning"; therefore we should expect to find that which shall be declared "from the beginning". The purpose of this course will be to bring to the mind "remembrance" of that which God hath declared.

The student will learn from the records of Moses concerning the Antediluvian people, the story of what "shall be" in the "the end". He will also learn the story of man's descent from Noah, and the "Peopling of the Earth" by the descendants of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

This class will be available online.
